The process to transfer money out of South Africa is as follows:

1. Complete INFORMATION PACK REQUEST or CONTACT US ON 011-453-7818
2. We will email you all the relevant forms, guides and other related information
3. Sign all documents and scan to us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
4. Post to Exchange4free or we will arrange a courier collection
5. We will submit these documents to our authorised dealer banking partner for authorisation
6. Once authorisation is granted, we will call you to agree an exchange rate
7. Once an exchange rate is agreed, you will need to transfer funds immediately to the relevant bank account. These funds need to clear within a maximum of 2 days of agreeing an exchange rate.
8. As soon as the funds clear they will be paid out to overseas beneficiary bank account

                            Transaction Complete!
