The process to transfer money out of South Africa is as follows:

1. Scan and email documents to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it as per guide
2. Post all original documents to Exchange4free (these can be posted to us or collected if in (JHB)
3. We will submit these documents to our banking partner for authorisation
4. Once authorisation is granted, we will call you to agree an exchange rate
5. Once an exchange rate is agreed, you will need to transfer funds immediately to the relevant bank account. These funds need to clear within a maximum of 2 days of agreeing an exchange rate.
6. As soon as the funds clear they will be paid out to overseas beneficiary bank account as per BOP form

It is important to note that we are able to agree and fix exchange rates based on scanned documents however no funds will be paid out until we receive all original documents completed correctly.
